Justice for all living beings
Here are a few examples from Social Media Platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
Each is a "case in point"...
But please read them as examples of THE JUSTICE ISSUE IN TURKEY.

Excerpts from a post by Halk TV’s X account:
The body of Erva, who had been missing for 23 days, was found in six pieces at a construction site.
Fetih Dağlı, 43, who was arrested as a murder suspect, allegedly said in his initial interrogation, "The girl said she wanted to be mine. When I refused, she threatened to go outside and scream that I raped her. I panicked and strangled her."
Dağlı had previously been released under judicial control after being convicted of another murder.

Excerpts from a post by Dr. Meriç Demir Kahraman, the wife of Tayfun Kahraman, who is unjustly and unlawfully imprisoned in the Gezi Trial:
July 12, 2024, Silivri, 78th closed visit:
Greetings from Tayfun to everyone!
We have endured 116 weeks of having our family unity disrupted due to an unfair trial without evidence.
We believe that there are still people in this country who stand for truth and justice, against the reckless violation of our rights.
We ask the Constitutional Court to review our case promptly and recognize our right to a fair trial, a right guaranteed to every Turkish citizen.

Excerpts from a post by Osman Kavala, whose request for a retrial was denied, from his X account before this denial:
Revisiting cases where clear human rights violations occurred and convictions were based on inadequate evidence, resulting in innocent people being imprisoned for years, is essential for upholding fundamental legal principles and human rights.
Justice is necessary for everyone.
Every citizen's life and rights are equally valuable.

Excerpts from a post by Ayşe Ateş, wife of Sinan Ateş, who was murdered in broad daylight in the heart of Ankara, relaying words from Sinan's mother, Saniye Ateş:
"THOSE WHO ATE MY BREAD BETRAYED MY SON"
“I want to speak to our President:
Please hear my voice. He is also a father, a son, a husband. Find the killers of the lion who was murdered in the heart of Ankara, not just the lamb on the banks of the Euphrates. As a mother, I beg him.
He is the father of the state. Let me tell him my sorrow. Otherwise, my child's case will be closed.
İzzet Ulvi Yönter said he would settle accounts with us but not make peace. I am already dead. What will he settle with a dead person?
I am not afraid. I talked to my son. I am the living witness. One foot is already in the grave. I might not live to see tomorrow.”

Excerpts from a post by Cumhuriyet columnist Zülâl Kalkandelen:
AKP Parliamentary Group Chair Abdullah Güler:
“We are providing a means to end the lives of animals through euthanasia.”
A means to end life?
Euthanasia is when a person chooses to end their own life.
What you are planning for animals is murder!

And let’s not forget:
1. Prison administrators and staff should respect the rights of all inmates, especially the sick, postpartum women, and the elderly, and protect them. (We receive many complaint letters.)
2. The government should allow women to use their chosen surname alone. (The 9th Judicial Package should be amended.)
3. Law enforcement and the judiciary should never show leniency towards those who commit violence, rape, or murder against women, children, and animals.
Let’s advocate for justice, freedom, equality, and the right to life for all living beings, especially those who are most exploited, including women, children, and animals who face injustice and lawlessness.
