Trump: Clinton win could have led to nuclear war
In a recent interview on Fox News with journalist Sean Hannity, former U.S. President Donald Trump discussed his past relationships with various world leaders.
Trump emphasized his good relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, noting the importance of getting along with leaders like him. "I got along well with Putin. It's good to get along with people like Putin," Trump said.
He also mentioned his interactions with other global leaders, highlighting his strong rapport with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Trump made a striking claim about the 2016 U.S. presidential election, suggesting that a Hillary Clinton victory could have led to a nuclear war with North Korea. "If Hillary Clinton had won, we would have had a nuclear war with North Korea. I also had a good relationship with Kim Jong-un," Trump stated.
According to Trump, maintaining normal relations with leaders who possess significant nuclear capabilities is crucial. He emphasized the importance of such diplomatic relationships in global politics.
In addition to his comments about Putin and North Korea, Trump spoke highly of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. He described Orban as a "smart man, an intelligent man, and highly respected." Trump added that Orban is both feared and respected by everyone, highlighting the Hungarian leader's influence and reputation on the international stage.
