Hezbollah launches intense missile attack on northern Israel
The Hezbollah Movement has launched an intensive missile attack on Israel's northern regions.
Israeli army radio reported that an intense missile attack was launched from southern Lebanon against Israel's northern regions.
The report said that sirens sounded in Safed, the city of Taboriya and many settlements in the Upper Galilee region on the border.
100 MISSILES AT A TIME
The Times of Israel reported that sirens sounded in at least 52 settlements along the border.
Some local media in Lebanon reported that Hezbollah fired at least 100 missiles at a time.
Hezbollah and the Israeli army have not yet made a statement.
The missile attacks came after Hezbollah field commander Talib Sami Abdullah was killed in an Israeli airstrike in southern Lebanon.
