“The American aggression launched a strike on the Al-Nahda neighborhood in the Al-Thawra District in central Sanaa, resulting in the martyrdom of two people," said the Houthi-affiliated 26 September news site.

Houthi-run Al-Masirah TV reported that "one person was killed and another injured due to the American aggression on Bani Matar District" in Sanaa province.

It added that "the American aggression targeted the Bani Hashish District with three airstrikes, and the Al-Hosn District with two strikes, both in Sanaa Province."

It also reported that "the aggression also targeted the Dhurwan area in Hamdan District, Sana’a Province."

The channel noted that "the American aggression targeted the Sirwah District in Ma’rib Province with one airstrike."

Earlier Saturday, Al-Masirah reported 13 US airstrikes on the port and airport in Al Hudaydah, without providing details.

There have been no statement from the US.

US President Donald Trump ordered in mid-March "decisive and powerful military action" against the Houthi group and later threatened to "completely annihilate them."

The Houthis have targeted ships passing through the Red and Arabian seas, the Bab al-Mandab Strait, and the Gulf of Aden since November 2023 in solidarity with Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, where more than 51,000 victims have been killed in a brutal Israeli assault for more than 18 months.

The group halted attacks when a ceasefire in Gaza was declared in January between Israel and the Palestinian resistance group, Hamas, but resumed the assaults after Israel renewed airstrikes on the enclave last month.
