Forbes' 2024 World’s Billionaires List, released this week, showcases the dominance of technology moguls, with Bernard Arnault, CEO of LVMH, reclaiming the title of the world's richest person with a $233 billion net worth.
Elon Musk, the visionary behind SpaceX, Neuralink, and X, secured the second spot with $195 billion, maintaining his position from the previous year but with an increased fortune from $180 billion.
Amazon's Jeff Bezos, a beneficiary of the COVID-19 pandemic's e-commerce surge, ranked third. After a significant drop from $171 billion in 2022 to $114 billion in 2023, Bezos' fortune rebounded to $194 billion this year.
