Savic's First Words
Trabzonspor held a signing ceremony for their new transfer, Stefan Savic.
At the ceremony, Trabzonspor Vice President Serkan Kılıç commented, "The background and experience of our new player are undisputed. All our fans, as well as the management and technical staff, are deeply involved in football. Our fans are well aware of the player's capacity. This is a very good transfer for our team. We have witnessed the problems in his position over the past years. He was considered the best player we could bring to that position and was acquired accordingly. Hopefully, it will be a good process for both him and us. Bringing such a high-level player to Trabzonspor is a joy for us and our fans. We wish the transfer success for all of us."
Stefan Savic shared his thoughts on the transfer:
"I am very happy to be here. I am aware that I have come to a club that really wanted me and made sacrifices for this. Trabzonspor is the right club for me. I have told those around me that Trabzonspor is the right place for me. I am here without any doubts. I look forward to stepping onto the field in a Trabzonspor jersey and competing with my teammates. I hope it will be a successful year for all of us. My place to speak is on the field. It is now time to talk on the field. I also want to dedicate part of my words to Atletico Madrid. I thank Atletico Madrid, where I played for many years, for allowing my transfer to Trabzonspor."
