Formula 1 heads to Japan for exciting fourth round
This weekend, Japan will host the fourth round of the 2024 Formula 1 World Championship. The event will unfold at the Suzuka International Racing Course, featuring a race that spans 53 laps of the 5.8-kilometer (3.6-mile) circuit.
Qualifying rounds are set for Saturday, with the main race kicking off at 0500GMT on Sunday.
Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing, who secured victories in the season's first two races in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, enters the race on a nine-race winning streak. Meanwhile, Ferrari's Carlos Sainz claimed the season's first non-Red Bull victory during the third round in Australia.
