Fenerbahce Beko parts ways with coach Dimitris Itoudis
Fenerbahce Beko, the prominent Turkish basketball club, announced the dismissal of their head coach, Dimitris Itoudis.

The Greek tactician, who had been at the helm since 2022, faced termination following the team's recent struggles in the EuroLeague, particularly after consecutive defeats.
Itoudis' tenure at Fenerbahce Beko was marked by significant matches, including a notable victory over Real Madrid, ending their unbeaten run. However, recent losses to Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz and Barcelona led to his dismissal. Under his guidance last season, the team reached the EuroLeague Playoffs.
Looking ahead, Fenerbahce aims to revive its aspirations for the EuroLeague Final Four. The team, which holds the 2017 EuroLeague championship title, seeks a fresh start with new leadership to improve its current 12th position in the league standings.
