Fenerbahçe beats Lugano 2-1 to qualify in UCL 3rd round
In the second leg of the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round, Fenerbahçe defeated Lugano 2-1 at home, advancing to the next round with an aggregate score of 6-4. The goals for the yellow-dark blue team were scored by Edin Dzeko and Sebastian Szymanski.

Fenerbahçe faced Switzerland's Lugano in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round. The match, held at Ülker Stadium, ended with a 2-1 victory for Fenerbahçe.
Lugano took an early lead with a goal from Belhadj Mahmoud in the 7th minute. Fenerbahçe equalized in the 59th minute with a goal from Edin Dzeko. The yellow-dark blue team secured their victory with a goal from Szymanski in the 90+3rd minute. No additional goals were scored, and Fenerbahçe emerged victorious.
Fenerbahçe's Next Opponent: Lille
Having won the first leg 4-3 away, Fenerbahçe progressed to the next round of the Champions League.
In the next round, Fenerbahçe will face France's Lille. The first leg of the third qualifying round will take place on August 6-7, with the return leg scheduled for August 13.
