Turkish stock exchange up at open
BIST 100 index gains around 26.5 points at opening session

The Turkish benchmark stock index opened Monday at 11,182.64 points, up by 0.24% or 26.43 points from the previous close.
On Friday, the BIST 100 index rose slightly by 0.15% to a record closing level of 11,156.20 points, with a daily transaction volume of 113.9 billion liras ($3.45 billion).
The US dollar/Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate was 32.9850 as of 10:00 a.m. (0700GMT). The EUR/TRY rate stood at 35.9660, while the GBP/TRY rate was 42.6530.
The price of one ounce of gold was $2,402.55, and the barrel price of Brent oil was around $82.00
