Turkish BIST 100 opens slightly higher
The Turkish benchmark stock index, BIST 100, opened marginally higher at 7,624.59 points on Wednesday, a slight increase of 0.30 points from its previous close.

On Tuesday, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index closed up 2.06% at 7,624.29 points, with a daily trading volume of 78 billion liras ($2.62 billion).
As of 9:51 a.m. local time (6:51 GMT), the US dollar was trading at 29.7796 Turkish lira, the euro at 32.6758 lira, and the British pound at 37.6575 lira.
Brent crude oil was priced around $75.92 per barrel, and gold was trading at $2,072.95 per ounce.
