European exchanges finish week in green
Spain’s IBEX performs best, rising 0.76%

European stock exchanges closed Friday with gains to finish the week on a higher note.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European markets in 17 countries, was up 2.82 points, or 0.57%, at 499.19.
The UK’s FTSE 100 added 23 points, or 0.28%, to end the session at 8,168. France’s CAC 40 rose almost 22 points, or 0.31%, to 7,269.
Germany’s DAX increased 42 points, or 0.24%, to end at 17,722.
Italy’s FTSE MIB, meanwhile, added 40 points, or 0.13%, to 31,782.
Spain’s IBEX 35 was the best performer of the day, rising 80 points, or 0.76%, to 10,638 at the closing bell.
