Reportedly, if there is a mutual political willingness, particularly from Azerbaijan, the treaty could be signed within a span of 15 days.

Simonyan noted that key fundamental issues have been agreed upon, aligning with international law and the principle of equality. This development marks a significant step forward in the long-standing conflict between the two countries, suggesting a possible end to the tensions that have persisted for decades.

While the prospect of the peace treaty seems promising, Simonyan mentioned that there is currently no scheduled meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan. However, Armenia remains open and ready to discuss any proposals for such a meeting, demonstrating a proactive stance in moving towards peace and reconciliation.
