Turkiye Central Bank's gross reserves hit record high

The total reserves of the Central Bank of Turkey (CBRT) reached an all-time high of $146.301 billion in the week of June 14, increasing by $149 million from the previous week.

The CBRT released its weekly monetary and banking statistics.

According to the data, as of June 14, the Central Bank's gross foreign exchange reserves rose by $2.077 billion, reaching $88.433 billion. On June 7, these reserves stood at $86.356 billion.

During this period, gold reserves decreased by $1.928 billion, falling from $59.796 billion to $57.868 billion.

Thus, the Central Bank's total reserves increased by $149 million in the week of June 14, rising from $146.152 billion to $146.301 billion.
